THE SPACE WHERE YOU ARE FULLY LISTENED TO BECOMES A RARE TIME FROM WHICH GOOD THINGS CAN EMERGE
I am a work coach with 25 years experience working with individuals and organisations on the work issues and choices they face, within a variety of sectors including arts, culture, education, housing, health, voluntary, public and private
As individuals we often face a fog of choices, at work, from a variety of sources and our mind can become shapeless: our attention is pulled and stretched in different directions
And in situations that can frustrate irritate baffle and generally exhaust us, we go round and round in our heads overthinking.
Whatever the situation you are facing be it, leading a service, managing a difficult member of staff, balancing impossible priorities, making a career change: the immediate pressure can be eased by a safe retreat space within which you can stand back, stretch out and reflect in order to explore ideas, possibilities and different approaches, with someone who will listen intently, be fully present, ask direct questions and use her skills know ledge and experience to support you to move forward.
Taking a Mindful approach to working situations is borne out of 2 paths in my life: a long term meditation practice (over 20 years) and coaching in everyday work situations (over 25 years) Putting the 2 strands together provide a practical way to approach work and let go of the endless noise in our heads!
